At Mrs Traveller, we believe truly exceptional travel is personal.
No packages. No standard itineraries.
There are no pre-designed packages, no standard itineraries and no one-size-fits-all approach. Every journey begins with a conversation and is created entirely around you – your interests, your travel style, your expectations and, just as importantly, the way you like to spend your time.
Whether you come to us with a destination already in mind or simply an idea of how you want your next journey to feel, we take it from there.
Getting to know you
The best journeys begin with understanding the people taking them.
We want to know where you've loved travelling before, the hotels that have impressed you, what you enjoy doing – and what you don't.
Do you prefer a beautifully planned day or the freedom to decide when you wake up? A grand hotel or an intimate hideaway? Michelin-starred dining or somewhere tiny that only the locals know about? Adventure, complete relaxation, or a little of both?
These details matter.
And the longer we work together, the more instinctive the process becomes. Many of our clients have travelled with us for years, which means we often already know which room they'll prefer, how they like to fly and the experiences that will make a destination special for them.
Creating your journey
Once we understand what you're looking for, we begin designing.
Drawing on decades of travel experience and an international network of trusted partners, we research the best way to bring your journey together.
Flights and routing are considered alongside hotels, private guides, transfers and experiences so that everything works as one journey rather than a collection of individual reservations.
We don’t simply ask, “What’s available?” We ask, “What’s right for this client?”
Sometimes that means a celebrated five-star hotel. Sometimes it's a tiny property very few people have heard of. Sometimes it's knowing which room to request, which guide to use, or why spending one extra night somewhere will completely change the experience.
Our global connections
Relationships matter enormously in luxury travel.
Over the years, we have built close connections with exceptional hotels, cruise lines, destination specialists and travel partners around the world. As part of the Virtuoso luxury travel network, we also have access to an extraordinary global community of leading hotels and travel specialists.
These relationships can provide our clients with additional privileges such as complimentary breakfast, upgrades, hotel or spa credits, early check-in, late check-out and VIP recognition, depending on the property and availability.
But often the greatest benefit is something less tangible.

- It's being able to call the hotel directly.
- It's having someone expecting our clients before they arrive.
Those relationships can turn a wonderful trip into an exceptional one.
Refining the details
The first itinerary we create isn't set in stone. It's the beginning of a conversation.
We refine your journey together, adjusting hotels, experiences, flights, timing and routing until everything feels right.
We will tell you when we think something is worth the additional cost – and equally, when we don't. Our role isn't simply to sell you more travel. It's to help you make the right choices about your travel.
Once you're happy, we take care of confirming and coordinating the individual arrangements.
Before you leave
This is where all those small details come together.
Flights, hotels, transfers, guides, cruises, trains, car hire and special experiences are coordinated into one seamless itinerary.
We reconfirm arrangements where appropriate, communicate preferences and special requests to our partners and make sure you have everything you need before you leave home.
Your itinerary and important travel information are available digitally, so everything is together and easily accessible while you're travelling.

While you're away
Our service doesn't end when your journey begins.
Travel is wonderfully unpredictable – and occasionally just unpredictable. A flight may change. Weather can interfere with plans. You may fall in love with somewhere and want to stay longer. Or something simply doesn’t go the way it should.
When that happens, you don't have to work out who to call. You call us.
We know your journey, we know the people involved and we remain available to help while you're travelling.
Sometimes the most valuable part of having a travel advisor is not what happens when everything goes according to plan. It's what happens when it doesn't.
When you come home
We want to hear about it.
What did you love? Which hotel surprised you? Was there somewhere you would return to tomorrow – or somewhere you wouldn't? That feedback becomes part of how we plan your next journey.
And over time, something rather special happens. We stop simply knowing where you've travelled. We start knowing how you travel.
